NCWD welcomes all fellow South Africans, dancers, dance teachers, club heads and associate bodies to feel free and subscribe to the NCWD.

All Country Dance enthusiasts, who don’t need to be contestants, may join the NCWD Associate Membership. New and renewed memberships become “current” the day the payment is received. Annual membership expires on the 31st December of each year.

Active membership is required, to track dancers competitive credentials for each Dance Season and Eligibility Period. This tracking is used to determine "Grand Slam Championships Challenge" & Worlds Championships" eligibility and to graduate contestants from one division to the next division. Contestants must compete in the "South African All Stars" event to be eligible to compete at Worlds. Dancers need to meet the term & conditions for the "Grand Slam Championships Challenge. Membership is compulsory for all Clubs or Dance Studios before their dancers may compete in any NCWD event. Registered Clubs or Dance Studios will also benefit from all workshops, etc. Online memberships registration are available.

NCWD also offering Dual - Membership to contestants who are registered with another organization, who are recognized by NCWD, by a lower registration fee.
